A password is needed to access some the list facilities including the archives. The list system stores the password and there may be problems if you have forgotten that password. The instructions below may help,

Go to

http://listserv.acor.org/SCRIPTS/WA-ACOR.EXE?GETPW1

Please enter your e-mail address and the desired password, then click on the "Register password" button. If you already had a LISTSERV password, but cannot remember what it was, this procedure will automatically replace your existing password with the new one you will be entering below.

If that does not work then try sending the command

PW CHANGE newpassword

To send a command you need a blank message with just the command in the body of the message and the message address should be listserv@listserv.acor.org

If you want to change your password then to command should be

PW CHANGE newpassword [PW=oldpassword]
